Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy very cordial and brotherly relations based on historic bonds, mutual trust and understanding. Our Government has always endeavoured to provide a conducive environment for promotion of bilateral trade. We firmly believe that for sustainable economic development of our country a successful partnership between the public and private sector is very important and vital.

In order to encourage the private sector, our government has put in place business-friendly policies and profitable investment environment. We have put in place an economic framework that encourages trade and investment by the private sector. I would urge the business community to benefit from the investor friendly policies of the government and invest in new ventures, which would not only enhance the pace of economic development of Pakistan but create income and employment opportunities for our people.

Reception of Saudi Delegation to Pakistan

A high powered Saudi Delegation headed By H.E. Mr. Mazen Mohammad Batterjee Vice Chairman Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry reached Lahore on March 31, 2015. On behalf of the President PSJCCI Mian Mehmood and Board of Directors of PSJCCI the Delegation was received at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore by Secretary General Brig (R) Muhammad Saleem and Assistant Secretary General Mr. Adnan Ahmad of Pak-Saudi Joint Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The Delegation will stay in Pakistan for 3 days in which they will meet dignitaries and leading business community of Pakistan. The purpose of this visit is to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.

A grand reception was given by H.E. Ambassdor Manzoor Ul Haq, Prince Faisal bin Bander Bin Abdulaziz Aal e Al Saud Governor of Riyadh graced the occasion as a Cheif guest.

Numbers of Ambassadors & diplomatic core of global community, Officers of Pakistani armed forces, Saudis & Pakistani community members attended the dinner reception.

The day started with the hoisting of National flag in the embassy premises by The Ambassador H.E. Manzoor ul Haq followed by his address to the Pakistani community in the Chancery hall.
